Every year Covenant Christian School leadership makes plans to ensure that we are prepared to fulfill our mission of educating our students. Until CCS families enroll for the 2018-2019 school year, we cannot make solid plans for staffing, programs, sports, books, materials, curriculum and facility usage. We take the stewardship of tuition dollars entrusted to us very seriously. We want to invest these tuition dollars wisely so we can provide the best gospel centered culture possible for our students.

We believe early enrollment is imperative. Two enrollment periods are available with an incentive to enroll early so that we may best serve our families. It is very important that CCS maintain excellence in coordinating students' and teachers' class schedules, organizing and supervising sports programs, following Step Up scholarship requirements, and preparing our classrooms for a new school year.

Students are not automatically re-enrolled from one school year to the next. (Please note that open enrollment for new families begins January 30.) In order to reserve a place in a class for your child for 2018-2019, download the following forms and return them to the school office. All four steps must be completed in order for your student to be enrolled.

1. Read and sign the CCS Enrollment Covenant (one per family).
2. Complete the Quick Find Family Information Form (one per student).
3. Read, sign and notarize the Medical Release Form (a notary is available in the school office).
4. Go to the online fee payment tab to pay the non-refundable Enrollment Fee.
