CCS exists to glorify God by cultivating wise servant leaders. This is accomplished through offering:

    ♦ Rich opportunities
    ♦ Academic excellence
    ♦ A Gospel-centered culture

Covenant Christian School is committed to the 21st-century graduate and his/her God-given calling. CCS graduates have enjoyed a 100% acceptance rate to colleges nationwide, while many have flourished in technical, paramedical, military, ministry, and entrepreneurial careers. Our faculty and staff are prepared to walk along each student as he/she determines/discerns what their calling is.

CCS offers a dynamic preschool class for students who turn 4 on or before September first of that year. We participate in the VPK program as well as the standard PreK program.

Our school day begins at 8:15 and ends at 11:30 each day.  We also offer a lunch bunch program and extended care until 3:30 for an additional fee. Students participate in a variety of activities in the classroom. They learn letters and letter sounds, math concepts, science, and Bible, all through a developmentally appropriate approach. We believe that much learning at this age takes place through play and exploration. Our students are provided with center activities each day that not only build academic and fine motor skills, but social skills as well. Students are immersed in language through books, interactive stories, rhymes, songs, finger plays, and more.

Center Learning

Each week our students visit the library and attend music classes. They also work with our high school leadership class. This is a great way to build relationships with our older CCS students. A bond is formed throughout the year, and students often look for their special buddies around campus- hoping for a quick smile or high five.

Each month students participate in a themed center day where they experience a variety of sensory activities, art and science projects, stories and songs. Parents love to help out on these special days and support our PreK program.

Throughout the school year our students perform songs, poems, and scripture memory at special events, such as Thanksgiving, Grandparents Day, and Christmas.  Our PreK students also host an annual Muffins for Moms event and a Donuts for Dads day.
